Dr. Long Introduction to Orff, Kodaly and Dalcroze

Music experience and instruction must begin in a child's life as early  as possible.
Instill within each child a love of music based on knowledge and understanding, stemming from first hand, active music making experiences, beginning with lullabies childhood chants, folks songs and  singing games.
Musical materials to be used must be of the highest artistic caliber.

1. Learning folk songs and traditional, local songs.
2. Control the class by singing.
3. Playing accompaniment with children.
4. Having two kids in a classroom (similar level)
5. F major is a perfect key to start with.
6. Kodaly wrote 333 singing exercises.
7. Solfege and hand signs make music learning more effective. (In tune)
